Session 2 — Understanding Your Inner Voice

This session focuses on identifying where your internal voice came from and how past experiences, environments, relationships, and conditioning may have shaped the way you see yourself today.

Session 3 — Challenging Negative Self-Talk

We begin deconstructing negative beliefs, self-criticism, and shame-based thinking patterns while introducing healthier ways of relating to yourself through self-compassion, reframing, and intentional thought patterns.

Session 4 — Breaking Shame Cycles & Self-Sabotage

This session explores the behaviors, emotional loops, and coping mechanisms driven by low self-worth. We also begin working on self-forgiveness, identity reconstruction, and disrupting unhealthy cycles.

Session 5 — Rebuilding Your Life Around Self-Worth

We explore how low self-esteem may affect relationships, decision-making, boundaries, purpose, and future goals. Together, we begin aligning your life more intentionally with your values, needs, and long-term vision.

Session 6 — Maintaining Progress & Preventing Relapse

The final session focuses on long-term emotional tools, relapse prevention, emotional regulation strategies, mindfulness, and creating a personalized toolkit you can continue using beyond the program.

A Deeper Approach to Self-Esteem Healing

We explore:

  • childhood conditioning

  • relationship patterns

  • internalized beliefs

  • shame cycles

  • emotional wounds

  • self-perception

  • nervous system responses

  • behavioral patterns driven by low self-worth

Unlike surface-level confidence advice, this program focuses on understanding and healing the deeper roots of low self-worth.

This is not about toxic positivity or simply “thinking positively.”
