This session focuses on identifying where your internal voice came from and how past experiences, environments, relationships, and conditioning may have shaped the way you see yourself today.
Session 3 — Challenging Negative Self-Talk
We begin deconstructing negative beliefs, self-criticism, and shame-based thinking patterns while introducing healthier ways of relating to yourself through self-compassion, reframing, and intentional thought patterns.
Session 4 — Breaking Shame Cycles & Self-Sabotage

A Deeper Approach to Self-Esteem Healing
We explore:
childhood conditioning
relationship patterns
internalized beliefs
